Refund policy
At Savoré Wellness, we offer a 3-day return policy from the day of delivery. This means you have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
We would request you to do an unboxing video, once the package is received. It would help us gauge the problem and get back to you earlier. If the video shows the product is damaged before the seal is opened, we will prioritise a return and refund.
To initiate a return, contact us at care@savoretheexperience.shop. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval for return will not be accepted.
Your refund shall be initiated & credited within 7 working days of receiving the product, once all above guidelines are met.
