ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The following terms and conditions (these “Terms”) are entered into by and between you and M/S Savoré Wellness (“Savoré Wellness,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). ACCESS TO SERVICES

Inaccurate or outdated information may result in errors or delays for which we will not be responsible.

You should not share your Account information or use another person’s Account without permission. Similarly, no one else should use your Account without your permission. You are solely responsible for keeping your Account and password secure. We reserve the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your Account by emailing us at care@savoretheexperience.shop.

PAYMENT PROCESSOR

In the course of your use of the Services, third-party payment service providers may receive and implement updated credit card information from your issuer to prevent interruption due to an outdated or invalid card. You may contact your issuer to opt out of this update service.

Our obligation to provide the Services begins when we receive your payment. Prices include local taxes. You agree not to hold us responsible for banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

After selecting products and providing shipping information, you will be prompted to enter payment details, such as credit card information and any promotional codes. By entering this information and submitting your order, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the amount to your selected payment method.
